BUSINESS BUILDER // FLORAL DESIGNER // WORLD TRAVELLER // WANNABE DOG MUM // TYPE A // TAURUS // OAT LATTE LOVEr

I spent five years at Google across London, Singapore, and Melbourne before starting my own wedding floristry business from scratch – no portfolio, no contacts, no secret sauce. Within a year, I’d built it to six figures, booked weddings I used to screenshot from other florists’ feeds, and was working with venues and planners who used to feel completely out of reach.

None of what I built came from luck or talent alone. It came from figuring out the thing no one teaches florists: that a floristry business doesn't bloom by getting better at one thing.

It blooms when multiple parts grow together - how you value your work, sharpen your skills, become known for something unmistakably yours, run your business and how you hold your nerve through it all.

They're the ones developing every part at once. That pattern became a model — and that model is what Florist House is built on.

The Five Domains Of A Thriving Floristry Business

Let's Break Down The Efflorescence Model

ef·flo·res·cence | noun

1a. the state or a period of flowering.

1b. an example or result of growth and development.

1c. fullness of manifestation; culmination.

Efflorescence is that moment of fullness: when everything you've been quietly building actually comes into bloom.

Most florists are trying to force one petal open while the roots go untended. They sharpen the technical skills they already have, over and over, and wonder why the business underneath it still feels fragile.

The Efflorescence Model is the whole plant — the five things that have to grow together before any of them flower into full bloom.

Mindset - Own your worth.

This is where you step into real authority: pricing with conviction, choosing the clients and projects you actually want, and trusting that you're allowed to want more. When your mindset expands, everything downstream of it does too.

Nervous System - Move with steadiness.

This is the calm to back yourself, act before everything feels perfect, and keep building without burning out. It's the quiet strength underneath every bold decision — the thing that lets you grow at the pace you're actually capable of.

Craft — Master your skills.

You already have the skill. Here, it becomes technical mastery: your mechanics, techniques, and the hands-on skill that makes the work hold together. It's the foundation everything else is built on — the part you can always refine, deepen, and take further.

Creativity - Become unmistakable.

This is your signature style, your point of view, the unmistakable something that makes a client want you and no one else. When your creativity is fully expressed, you stop competing on price and start being sought out by name — because no one else makes what you make.

Business - Build something that lasts.

Pricing, offers, marketing, the decisions that turn beautiful work into a sustainable income. This is where your art becomes a business that supports the life you want — and where so much untapped growth has been waiting for you.

When every part is in full expression - that's efflorescence. Full bloom. And that's the state Florist House is built to grow you toward.

community done differently

what you get as a member

Inside Florist House, you're never figuring it out alone again. Every week, you've got a place to bring the real stuff — the pricing you're second-guessing, the client who's pushing back, the creative direction you can't quite name — and work through it with Bree and a room of florists who get it.

ALWAYS ON DISCUSSION FORUMS

Pricing, marketing, design, mindset, and everything in between – in focused forums where people actually speak your language as a florist. So instead of piecing things together from random Instagram posts or getting lost in noisy Facebook groups, you can get clear answers that fit a floristry business like yours.

LIVE GROUP COACHING

A live “bring your bigger strategy questions” call – offers, launches, pricing, enquiries, boundaries, workflow, team, whatever’s on your mind. Queue your question, then show up to get it answered. I take questions one by one, quick and dirty, until we work through the queue. So you stop sitting on the same decision for weeks and start moving through the big stuff faster, with someone in your corner.

DEDICATED DESIGN FEEDBACK FORUM

Florist House is a space where florists at every level - new, experienced, trained, self‑taught - can share their work and get feedback that actually helps them grow. So you stop guessing if your work is “good enough” and start intentionally developing your eye, strengthening your design decisions, articulating your style, and learning how to analyse work beyond “I like it” or “I don’t.”

WEEKLY WELCOME & WALKTHROUGH SESSIONS

A live welcome + walkthrough for new members where I show you how the space works, where the good stuff lives, how to engage with the community, and introduce you to other women building their businesses alongside you. So you’re not quietly lurking on the sidelines - you’re building relationships, getting seen, and staying in the loop from day one.

FACILITATED MONTHLY BOOK CLUB

A book club for florists who want to think bigger about their craft and business. Each month, we vote on a book from one of three categories – floristry, creativity, or business – then come together the following month to talk about what landed, what didn’t, and what we’re taking with us. So you’re not just collecting information – you’re consistently stretching how you think and actually integrating ideas into how you show up in your business.

AMBITIOUS FLORISTS BUILDING ALONGSIDE YOU

People who are just as serious as you about building a business they’re proud of – not just posting pretty photos. So you’re surrounded by florists who normalise high standards, taking action, and talking about money out loud – the kind of room that makes it very hard to play small.

THE MORE YOU SHOW UP, THE JUICIER IT GETS

A Reward System Built For Action Takers

Florist House isn't “just another community” you join and forget about. It's built like a proper insider club - and you level up by showing up.

Asking the questions. Sharing the wins. Supporting other florists. Contributing to the space.

When the community responds, you earn points that move you through levels, and each level unlocks new rewards designed to support your floristry business:

→ Mini trainings that will save you hours

→ Early access to upcoming workshops, programs, and events before the public sees them

→ Level-only discounts and exclusive offers that feel like a secret club

→ Personalised coaching moments that give you the kind of insight people normally pay $$$ for

→ Private resources and tools I swear by

→ A few surprises I'm keeping secret on purpose 😏

On top of your regular community engagement points, you'll be rewarded for showing up to the things that actually move the needle:

Attend events → bonus points

Submit a question to the Hotline → bonus points

Complete a community challenge → bonus points

So the florists who climb to the top levels aren't the ones with the most followers or the biggest budgets. They're the ones who decided to show up and do the work.

FAQs

WHAT EXACTLY IS FLORIST HOUSE?

Florist House is a private, paid community for florists who are serious about building their business - not just collecting inspo pics or trying to apply generic strategies from strangers on the internet and hoping for the best. It’s where you get florist‑specific support, strategy, and accountability that actually fits the realities of this industry.

Inside, you get focused forums, live calls, the Florist House Hotline, a monthly Book Club, a design feedback space, and an ambitious group of florists who are actually doing the work – plus my brain, my experience, and my eyes on your business and your work. It’s where you can bring real questions about the realities of starting, building, or scaling a floristry business – and not feel like you have to translate everything from another industry first.

WHAT DO I GET AS A MEMBER?

You get unlimited access to:

- Discussion forums for pricing, marketing, design, mindset and more

- Weekly welcome sessions to get oriented and connected

- The fortnightly Florist House Hotline for your bigger strategy questions

- A facilitated monthly Book Club

- A dedicated design feedback forum

- The rewards system (points, levels, member‑only bonuses)

- An ongoing community of ambitious florists building their businesses alongside you – with me in the mix, guiding, challenging, and supporting you as you go

HOW MUCH TIME DO I NEED TO GET VALUE?

You don’t have to live inside the community to benefit from it. Even 1–2 intentional check-ins a week – asking a question, joining a call, sharing work for feedback, or reading through threads – can create real momentum. Florist House is designed so you can dip in, get what you need, take action, then get back to your life and clients.

WHAT IF I'M SHY / NERVOUS / NOT CONFIDENT YET?

You’re exactly who I had in mind. The welcome sessions are there to help you ease in, understand how everything works, and connect with people at your own pace. You’re never forced to speak on calls or post your work before you’re ready – but you will be gently encouraged to take up space, ask questions, and treat your ambition like it matters (because it does!)

WHO IS FLORIST HOUSE FOR?

Florist House is for florists who:

- Have (or are starting) a floristry business and want it to be profitable, sustainable, and creatively fulfilling.

- Are willing to take action, not just consume content.

- Want to be in a room with other florists who take their work and their ambition seriously.

It doesn’t matter if you’re new, experienced, trained, or self‑taught – what matters is that you care about your craft and your business and you’re ready to work on both.

WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT FROM A FREE FACEBOOK GROUP?

Free groups are usually noisy, unmoderated, and full of random (and often unhelpful) opinions. Florist House is deliberately curated and paid, which means people are invested, the conversations stay focused, and you’re getting guidance that’s actually relevant to building a floristry business. Instead of shouting into the void or hoping the right person sees your post, you’re in a space built specifically for intentional, useful, florist‑specific conversations – with structure, live support, and a rewards system that encourages you to keep showing up.

WHAT IS THE FOUNDING MEMBER RATE AND WILL IT GO UP?

As a founding member, you can join Florist House for $10 USD per week, locked in for as long as you stay. That means as long as your subscription is active, you keep the $10/week rate, even when the public price is higher. After the founding window closes, new members will join at $15 USD per week or more. I won’t be offering this $10/week rate again.

CAN I CANCEL ANYTIME?

Yes. This is a weekly subscription and you can cancel before your next billing date if you decide it’s not right for you. If you cancel and choose to come back later, you’ll be joining at the public price, not the founding member rate.

Founding member rate: $15 USD per week, locked in for as long as you stay — even after the price rises. Once Florist House reaches around 50 members, the rate goes up to $20 USD per week for everyone who joins after. The founding rate won't be offered again.
